Green Fire Software offers a full range of software services to our clients. Whether you need a company website or your developing a casual game to market your brand, we have a solution to match your needs.

The Estimating Process

With the exception of music contracting and photography, all of our services follow a standard estimating process. After discussing your needs with you, we'll give you an estimate of the number of hours we believe that the project will take. We charge a standard rate of $30/hour on all of our projects. We'll use this amount to give you a dollar estimate. This allows your company to carefully weigh the costs before moving forward. For very large projects this estimate can be broken into several smaller estimates.

Once the estimate has been approved we'll start work on the project. Every two weeks we'll email an invoice to you which will detail the work done on the project on an item by item basis. We will not charge you for time spent learning new technologies. If a line item goes over the estimated number of hours then our rate for those additional hours decreases to $15/hour. This gives us an incentive to finish each project within budget.
