This is our portfolio, a lively assortment of websites that we've designed. The prices listed are general estimates and are for reference only. Hopefully it will give you a way to gauge the cost of building your site, but remember that every site is different.
Markley Billiards
www.markleybilliards.com
Problem: Markley Billiards, a local pool hall, was changing managers. The new management needed a new website to compete with the other pool halls in the area. The website they were inheriting was two or three pages of prices and animated clip art from the '90s. They already had a domain name and hosting and just needed someone to put a sharp website together at a reasonable price.
Solution: We designed a custom website for Markley Billiards which included a contact page, a photo gallery, and Google Maps integration. Since they already had hosting, we worked with their service provider to get their site up and running. They made a one-time payment when the work was completed and since then we've made several small alterations for free. Of course, we'll always be here to give an estimate if larger changes are needed.

James C. Hill Real Estate
www.hillrealty.net
Problem: James C. Hill Real Estate is the longest continuously running real estate company in the City of Thornton in Colorado. With over 50 years of experience they have a track record of excellence in the realty market and needed a website to match. They offer both homes for sale and rent and needed a way to quickly show their listings to their clients.
Solution: We've been providing web services to James C. Hill Real Estate for about decade. During that time we built a robust, database driven system for managing their properties which includes an admin section for entering new properties and uploading photos. We even recently gave their site a face lift for free as our way of saying thanks for being our oldest customer.

Donna Robinson Books
www.donnarobinsonbooks.com
Problem: Like many authors, Donna Robinson needed a place to showcase her works to family, friends, and fans. She also wanted to show a few pictures of family and allow fans to send her email.
Solution: We built a simple website that includes a page for viewing photos and a contact page. As she published new works we gladly added them to her site for free.

Access NYC
www.accessthecity.org
Problem: Access NYC came with several unique problems that needed to be solved. They needed to be able to play a video, run a blog, and take donations all with a beautiful design that would attract potential donors and volunteers. These technical hurtles where magnified by a need to keep costs low.
Solution: We built a custom design that was both simple and elegant. We put custom code in place to cause the movie to only automatically play the first time a person visits (try it out). A custom payment page allows visitors to give donations and monthly gifts. Later, when we added the blog, we had to create a custom Word Press theme that matched the rest of the site. The design and functionality work together perfectly!

BCI Group
www.bci-group.com
Problem: BCI Group has provided technical services and training to companies in the Denver Tech Center for many years and it was time for a new website. They had already found and purchased a template for the design they wanted but they needed someone to build it into a website. They also wanted a logo based on the design to update their corporate image.
Solution: We started by creating a logo that matched the design. Then we implemented the design including a contact page and pictures of their traning centers. We worked very closely with them to ensure the content from the old site was up-to-date and relavent.
